The next step in Spokane County’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic is ensuring that everyone who wants to be vaccinated has an opportunity to receive their COVID-19 vaccine. As a business owner or manager, you may have questions about how to make vaccine available to employees. There is no one-size-fits-all model for vaccine distribution for every organization, but luckily, there are different options available for business owners and managers who want to support employees who would like to be vaccinated.
Mobile Vaccination Registration
The Washington State Department of Health (DOH), with assistance from the Air National Guard, is offering on-site mobile vaccination clinics for businesses. Employees and employee family members can receive either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. The process includes scheduling for first and second doses. Businesses within 100 miles of Spokane can start the mobile clinic scheduling process by completing this survey. A representative from DOH will call to schedule an on-site clinic.
Spokane Regional Health District Business Assessment and Guidance
Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) is also providing guidance on and assistance with vaccine distribution. For guidance and information, please fill out the Vaccine Distribution Assessment Form using the link below. We will use the information you provide to help you determine ways to offer COVID-19 vaccination opportunities to employees. After we review your information, we will connect your business with vaccination opportunities in the community.
Please note that we are experiencing high volumes of inquiries and there may be a delay in our response. In the meantime, we encourage you to share information about COVID-19 vaccination within your organization. For more information about where to go to get vaccinated, go to Vaccine Locator.
