Care Connect Washington

If you or a household member have tested positive for COVID-19 or recently been exposed and you need help with getting through isolation at home, contact Care Connect Washington. Call the COVID-19 Information Hotline at 1.800.525.0127, then press #. Language assistance is available.

Organized by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) in partnership with local health jurisdictions and other local partners, the Care Connect program helps people access services they are eligible for. Eligibility is based on need.

Through Care Connect, eligible individuals may be able to receive:

  • personal care kits
  • nonperishable food kits
  • fresh food order deliveries
  • medication delivery
  • health care
  • child care
  • financial assistance (help with finding resources for or paying bills such as rent, mortgage, and utilities)

Hotline Hours

6 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday
6 a.m. - 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday and observed state holidays
